Dense and creamy cauliflower soup, ready to use, obtained from the processing of organic white cauliflower, without the addition of any ingredient.
Its color is the natural color of cauliflowers that have undergone a cooking process.
It does not contain added salt so that it can also be consumed by children under 3 years of age and by hypertensive subjects.
Washing, husking and sorting of the raw material are done by hand by the operators, as is the packaging of the finished product, this makes the velvety soup an artisan product.
The product obtained from the processing is packaged in sterile containers and sterilized to allow its conservation.
Usage :
It can be used as a side dish or as a base for pasta, soups, risottos, but also to prepare delicious omelettes or savory pies. To obtain a more liquid product, just add water and heat in a saucepan.
Add salt and oil to taste.
