1. Right of withdrawal and exclusions - Information

Everything you need to know to make a RETURN

 

You can decide to return any purchase made on www.biofavole.it for free within 14 days of the delivery date.

The return is simple and free.

1. Contact us by email by writing to info@biofavole.it or via whatsapp by sending a message in chat on 376 1128788.
   After informing us of the product/s and the reasons for the return, we will arrange an appointment for the parcel to be collected by the courier.
2. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them otherwise we will not be able to accept your return and proceed with the refund.
3. For the return shipment, you can use the original packaging or another box that is equally robust.
   No labels need to be affixed to the package .
4.  Wait for the arrival of the courier who will pick up the package on the day agreed with us.
5. Once we receive your return, we will check the requirements of the products.
   
   For all approved returns we will proceed with the refund which will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
   
   The credit of the refund will be equal to the cost of the returned product/s and normally takes place within 5 working days from the acceptance of the return.
   
   If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the parcel will be sent back and the refund will not be made.

Remember that you can only ship the return from the country, shipping/delivery address where you placed the order.
