Organic tomato puree

Dense, ready-to-use tomato purée, obtained from the processing of ripe tomatoes of mixed varieties (Kero, Tales, Roma, San Marzano, Datterini) harvested by hand, cooked and pureed, without seeds and skins and without the water component.

Washing, husking and sorting of the raw material are carried out by hand by the operators, as is the packaging of the finished product, this means that the tomato puree is an artisan product.

The product obtained from the processing is packaged in sterile containers and pasteurised.

The tomato puree does not contain added salt to allow it to be consumed even by children under 3 years of age and by hypertensive subjects.
