It is the first homogenized organic fruit at km0, suitable from weaning.
Apricot puree obtained from the processing of ripe and hand-picked fruit, cooked and homogenised.
Washing, husking and sorting of the raw material are done by hand, as well as the packaging of the finished product, this means that the puree is an artisan product.
The product obtained from the processing is packaged in sterile containers and pasteurised.
The color of the finished product is the natural color of the fruit that has undergone a cooking process, to which no ingredients have been added to maintain its naturalness.
It can be eaten by the spoonful as a fruit substitute or combined with yoghurt and cheese for breakfast.
