BIO vegetable stock
Prepared for vegetable broth. Vegetable cube in cream obtained from the processing of seasonal vegetables of different varieties.
The vegetables are cooked, blended and salt is added for preservation.
Washing, husking and sorting of the raw material are carried out by hand by the operators, as is the packaging of the finished product, this means that the nut is a handmade product.
The product obtained from the processing is packaged in sterile containers and pasteurised.
Usage:
To cook soups and stews, dissolve one or two teaspoons in boiling water (without adding salt). Also suitable for flavoring risottos, fish dishes or delicate meat dishes.
