Organic Pumpkin and Anise Jam

Jam obtained from the processing of ripe pumpkins of different varieties (Moscata di Provence, violina, valance, trumpet) grown on the farm annexed to the transformation laboratory.

The pumpkins are processed by hand and cooked at low temperature together with organic cane sugar and organic star anise flowers which give them their particular scent.

All ingredients are strictly organic.

The entire manufacturing process of the raw material is done by hand, as well as the packaging of the finished product, this means that the pumpkin and star anise jam is an artisan product.

Ingredients:

Usage:
It can be consumed in combination with sweet biscuits or tarts but also tasted together with aged cheeses and bruschetta.

24 months from the production date.
