Plum puree obtained from the processing of ripe and hand-picked fruit, cooked at low temperature together with organic cane sugar .
All ingredients are strictly organic.
All phases, from harvesting to processing and packaging, are carried out by hand, this means that the Organic Plum Jam is a high quality artisan product with attention to every detail.
The color of the finished product is the natural color of the fruit that has undergone a cooking process, in which, other than sugar, no other ingredient has been added, in order to maintain its naturalness.
