Washing, husking and sorting of the raw material are carried out by hand by the operators, as is the packaging of the finished product, this means that the tomato puree is an artisan product.

The product obtained from the processing is packaged in sterile containers and pasteurised.

The tomato puree contains no added salt to allow its consumption also to children under 3 years of age and to hypertensive subjects.
