Aubergine puree, obtained from the processing of aubergines of mixed varieties harvested and processed by hand.
The aubergines are deprived of seeds and skins and flavored with fresh onion and basil.
It does not contain added salt , preservatives or dyes , all ingredients are exclusively of vegetable and organic origin.
Usage:
The aubergine puree is an artisan product, ideal to be used as a side dish or as a condiment for pasta, lasagna or to prepare delicious aubergine-based meatballs. Just warm it up for a few minutes in a pan and it's ready to use. Salt and oil can be added to taste.
