Our particular compote, obtained from the processing of hand-picked green tomatoes, cooked at low temperature together with organic cane sugar and organic lemons into small pieces.
All ingredients are strictly organic.
All phases, from harvesting to processing and packaging, are carried out by hand, this means that the Organic Green Tomato Compote is a high quality artisan product with attention to every detail.
The color of the finished product is the natural color of the green tomato that has undergone a cooking process, in which, other than sugar, no other ingredient has been added, in order to maintain its naturalness.

Usage :
Particularly suitable to be tasted with cheeses, burgers or on bruschetta.
