To obtain this product, white, green and purple cauliflowers are used.
The cauliflowers are harvested and cleaned by hand, then processed and preserved in a solution of water, vinegar and wine.
All ingredients are strictly organic.
All stages of processing, from production to transformation to packaging, are carried out by hand, this means that sweet and sour cauliflowers are an artisan product of the highest quality with attention to every detail.
The product obtained is packaged in sterile containers and pasteurised.
Usage :
Crunchy on the palate and delicately sweet and sour, perfect for pairing with cured meats , cheeses , salads , boiled meat or marinated fish .
Conservation :
Consumption at room temperature is recommended.
Once opened, the product should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within a few days, making sure that the cauliflowers are covered by the solution.
